About the writer:  Gail Doby is an interior designer with a passion for tile and millwork details.  Her 2007 – 8 projects included two fix and flip properties that sold quickly in a cool market, a quick renovation for another fix and flipper (of a 5,000 sf home – renovated four bathrooms and a kitchen), a complete house remodel including a complete master suite re-design, staging for four homes, consultation on purchasing for a luxury residence including negotiating tactics with the builder, two master suite designs and renovations, a remodel of a high-rise project in Dallas, TX, and the design and selection of custom furnishings, draperies and details for a luxury residence.  Whew!
